Turn motion into keyframes.

Result: Ordinary keyframes that follow a point, a subject or the camera.

1. In any effect’s inspector, open Motion → Keyframes.
2. Track a point, a subject or the camera over the effect’s range.
3. Choose the parameters to drive, gain and smoothing, then write the keyframes (one undo step).
